Xi Sun

Xi Sun is a research associate in the Climate Policy Department at DIW Berlin and PhD candidate of Berlin School of Economics. Her research centers around the society’s transition towards a more circular economy and its mitigation potential for the industrial sector. A specific aspect is the role of circular economy policies through general equilibrium model and quantitative material flow studies. Her work would contribute to the assessment of the circularity of economic activities, a key objective of the EU Taxonomy.
